The Amadeus is a smaller water front building with only 10 condos, centrally located just a block from the easy beach access in Treasure Island. It features a beautiful large sundeck water side and sparkling heated pool. There's a great dock to fish or just sit, relax and watch dolphins and manatees go by.
This spacious, lower floor condo has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with its own private balcony. The décor is comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped for those evenings you want to stay in. Beautiful wood flooring in open living and dining area. A comfortable condo at a great value with a perfect location! The private balcony from this condo has an obstructed view of the water. The condo comes with free Wifi and assigned parking underneath the building. There is no elevator at this property, only stairs for access.

Host was easy to work with. The condo could use a some up grades to make it a 5 star. A curtain in the bedroom would be good as the blinds let in a lot of light which make the room very bright.

Great location, everything was nice but suggest ceiling fans in bedroom & living room plus darkening blind/curtain in bedroom.

The window coverings do not cover the windows. Especially the bedroom window that is facing the outside hallway light (yes, a window to a hallway). The window covering allowed lots of light in the bedroom. It was like sleeping with a 2 foot by 4 foot night light. We tried to rig a towel to filter some of the light. It worked a bit. But over all, the lack of window covers was not OK at all.
