Post Hurricane Helene Update: Newly renovated 1/1 Condo is sure to please.
This is a place to relax. We are located right on the inter-coastal waterway, so you can watch the dolphins and pelicans play at sunset. The beach is three blocks away. The SunCoast Beach Trolley stop is close by and runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. There are paved paths for walking, biking, and running.
Our beautiful ground floor condo is located in a quiet and intimate condo building. We are proud to call it our second home. We have stocked our condo with all of the amenities you'll need on your vacation. The grocery store on the island is just down the street. The park located across the street hosts a Friday morning farmers market.
If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Just leave your car in the designated parking spot and walk to EVERYTHING!

Everything was great seamless check-in process. The condo is excellent. It was exceptionally well stocked zero problems. I would recommend anyone to stay there. It is about a five minute walk to the beach and when it was as hot as it was as past weekend, that wasn’t fun. But the accommodations were outstanding.

Totally updated and nicely done one bedroom condo. Had everything we needed. Nice views of the inter coast and saw some dolphins swim by towards dusk.. Only issue was the pool is kind of small.

Great place with only a two block walk to the beach with a bay out the back door. Completely updated and like new inside. Quiet and away from the main street thru town. Publix, Walgreens and restaurants only a block away. Communication from the host was awesome! Hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Erik and Gina's condo. Centrally located and so peaceful and quiet. Condo was immaculate, with beautiful decor and very comfortable furniture. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to everything you could possibly need. Just steps from the pool and the bay and minutes to the Gulf. Truly a gem, and we are already planning our next visit.
