We love the location. There were a few broken things but maintenance was sent out to repair. I love to take baths but the water was only lukewarm. Not sure why, all other faucets were hot

Amadeus 3 was clean and comfortable. We were able to fix a few dinners and had all we needed! Beds were comfortable. The view from balcony was beautiful and the location was quiet and relaxing! We liked it very much!

We are returning guest who love the Amadeus. The condo has an amazing view and is a close walk to the beach and stores. We also love lounging at the pool, fishing from the dock and watching dolphins and boats go by. The beds in the Amadeus #3 are comfortable. The living room furniture could be updated. The recliners are uncomfortable and one of them seems to have a spring broken in it. It could also use more everyday items such as silverware and kitchen gadgets. The tile in the building can be trechorous after rain or the pool. The condo was pretty clean when we arrived, but might benefit from a deep clean- such as the baseboards, ect. We did have to contact the property management once during our stay and they were quick and courteous.
