Private: natural state property (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (depth 150 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Table tennis, pergola (40 m2). Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Montserrat 27 km, Barcelona 32 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house is located on a 150-hectare farm where there are 2 more houses. Forest land where barbecues are strictly prohibited by law.

Casa con mucho espacio y tranquilidad. Viajé con mis hijos y nietos y están deseando repetir el próximo verano . El único inconveniente fué el estado del lavavajillas.

Séjour excellent ! La maison nous a bluffée, encore mieux que sur les photos. La maison est également super bien équipée, tout y est. Nos suggestions pour un séjour parfait : - pas de ventilateurs dans la maison - le nettoyage automatique de la piscine devrait être activé plus souvent - il n'y a que des matelas simples plutôt petits, pas de lits doubles Malgré ces bémols, nous y retournerons avec plaisir l'année prochaine ! Les propriétaires sont également très gentils et très réactifs !

Situé à 30mn de Barcelone en voiture, autre plage situé à 40 45mn, maison rangé et ménage de surface fais à notre arrivée. Bémol sur les poubelles à jeter à 5mn en voiture du lieu d'habitation.
