Fairway Villas N2 is an elegantly decorated ground floor, 2-bedroom condo in a fantastic location at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Only a short walk away from shops, restaurants, golf and beaches, N2 is located across the fairways from the Kings Shops and boasts panoramic views of the golf course and Hualalai Mountain. The condo's decor is reminiscent of a boutique Hawaiian hotel and features brand new Tommy Bahama furnishings, premium mattresses and a well-stocked kitchen! The open concept main living space will beckon you to the outdoor lanai where one can enjoy the stunning views and resort surrounds. We had a great stay in Waikoloa. Location of this complex is good walking distance to beach and shops. Good amenities in the complex. The unit was clean and comfortable. Had a cooler and beach chairs along with lots of towels. Umbrella was broken so couldn’t use it. Had all the kitchen amenities we needed however an actual toaster instead of toaster oven would be a nice addition. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend this unit.

Good location and environment, well maintained. Although WiFi/Internet was a bit flaky, it is still an excellent choice for a family vacation.
