About this apartment rental
This beautiful second floor condo is your ideal beach vacation spot. With a beautiful coastal theme throughout, you’ll be able to settle into beachside living no matter how long you stay. The living room is tastefully decorated and has plenty of seating for the whole family. The spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped to prepare your favorite home cooked meals and comes with both a drip coffee pot and a drip coffee as well as a stackable washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed as well as a renovated master bathroom with a walk in shower! The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest,” has three built in twin beds, bunk bed style!
All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

I love the location, the wonderful staff, everything about it. I hesitate giving such glorious reviews as I don’t want it to become too popular. We have extended family (26 people) at Colony Reef every year and they all keep coming back. That should say it all. Keep up the great work!

Loved the condo--very comfortable. The amenities were lovely with indoor and outdoor pool, gym, tennis courts, basketball hoop, etc. Staff was responsive: our outdoor electric grill wasn't working and they replaced it immediately.

Unfortunately this condo did not live up to the pictures. It was very run down and all the furniture was stained and sagging. There was mold in the caulk in the bathrooms. Not sure the last time it was deep cleaned. Also, the exterior of the complex was not very maintained. For example, there was a huge hole in the wall in the stairwell that hadn't been patched.
On the plus side the beach was great and the pool was good. Check in and check out were easy with minimal check out chores. I would say just set your expectations accordingly when coming to stay here.
