This is a beautiful small building one bedroom apt rested on top of the hill 2 minutes away from Yankee Stadium with a beautiful view, recreational parks near by, restaurants available, small shopping plaza's, 5 minute drive too, and a10 minute walk too. Comfortable private 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchen with a private entrance too the building. You will have a key too enter the building which is locked and secure.
