About this house rental

House being refreshed with all new paint, new interior furnishings and new roof, new W/D, etc. Luxurious, modern, renovated TRIPLEX in a 20 foot wide townhouse on a picturesque street in the historic Morris Jumel Mansion area, frequently the site for filmmakers and tourists. With 5 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 sofa beds, and 5 full beds, there's plenty of space for all guests. The 3 bathrooms feature a jetted jacuzzi and a double 5x5 foot marble shower, a private deck off the chef's kitchen and an very open parlor floor layout, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or working in the city. Enjoy your time in New York at our charming townhome. Fully renovated with modern amenities. Features an open floor plan, central air, three decorative fireplaces, high ceilings with recessed lighting, a backyard deck and wood floors.
