Welcome to Upper Manhattan- the tranquil corner of the bustling landscape that is NYC, without all the crazy street noise that dominates Midtown.
My apartment features all the amenities of home, including fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, coffee cups, wine classes, regular glasses, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
Wait, but Monica, I am traveling, I don't want to go shopping for food to cook.
Well, my lovely future guest, you don't have to. Consider me your personal concierge. I will make sure your groceries are delivered to you prior to your arrival. Just let me know what you need. ;)
Don't want to cook at all? No problem, I have a personal chef that can come cook for you. (Ask about my chef when you inquire)
Back to the Space----My apartment features a small but cozy living room with a full sized sofa bed. You'll also find a breakfast bar with seating for 4. There is also a 55 inch TV with streaming channels connected.
Both bedrooms feature queen beds with premium hotel quality sheets and linens. I don't play around when it comes to sleeping, which is why I put good money into making sure sheets are soft and comfy.
During the summer months, from May 15th to November 30th, air conditioning is available in the unit. This will ensure a comfortable and cool environment during your stay.

There is a noise sensor in the apartment to ensure that no loud music is being played. The noise sensor does not record audio.
Please note: There is no AC in the living room; only in the bedrooms. However, if you leave the AC in one of the bedrooms and leave the door open during the day, the whole apartment will remain cool.
Please note: From November 1 to May 1, window ACs are removed from the listing. Opening the windows will bring in just as much cold air as an AC would.

The 2 bedroom apt 4 short blocks to subway. Restaurants close, quiet at night, hot water in shower. Good for 1-3 people.

A fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway, local bars, and many good eats. Host Liron and his assistant, Rain was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very accurate listing, just as described in the pictures. The location is great if you are using the subway, with a station just a 6-minute walk away. I wouldn't recommend it for those traveling by car. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, within a 10-minute walking distance. It fits about six people in total and has a kitchen with some utensils. In terms of cleanliness, it could use some updates. The bed sheets in one of the rooms had stains, and the rooms felt a bit dusty. However, everything else was good. Soap, shampoo, and toilet paper were not provided, but there were plenty of towels. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again if needed.

Pros: location was convenience, there were a few places to eat and to buy food close by, about 20 minutes from times square, fifth ave, and downtown Manhattan. Cons: the place was way smaller that I thought, it bit challenging to find the address to for some reason the exact address doesn't pop on google maps, so that make difficult for Uber/Lyft to find it. At night it was really hard to sleep, I don't know if there was a project going on next to or above the apartment but someone was banging on the wall/pipe since 2 am in the morning it was really loud. The windows/walls are not sound prove so I was able to hear the arguments of the family next door lol. Also, the streets were full of trash, I was really shocked to see piles of trash right on the sidewalk lol.Communication with the management/owner was pretty good, we were allow to drop off the luggage before the check in time, that was really nice. The place overall was really small, but clean, I do not recommended if you party is large like my, 4 or less would more appropriate than 5 or 6, the price was fair in my opinion.
