Dolce Vita is a spacious 4 bedroom absolute beachfront holiday house in Clifton Beach, offering beautiful views across the Coral Sea and Double Island, a large private saltwater swimming pool and plenty of space for families and groups to enjoy a relaxed tropical getaway.
Set directly opposite Clifton Beach, the home is spread across two levels with two separate living areas and generous outdoor spaces designed to make the most of the ocean views and tropical sea breezes. Large terraces and a wraparound patio provide plenty of room for alfresco dining, BBQs or simply relaxing by the pool.
Downstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with a bathroom and second living area opening onto the patio and swimming pool.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a queen bed and two single beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, with the main bathroom also located on this level. The open and airy upstairs living spaces take advantage of the beautiful views across the Coral Sea and towards Double Island.
Dolce Vita comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
Outside, guests can enjoy the large private saltwater swimming pool, BBQ facilities and spacious entertaining areas, all within a fantastic absolute beachfront setting.
Clifton Beach offers a peaceful alternative to the busier tourist areas while still being only a short drive from Palm Cove. Clifton Village Shopping Centre is also nearby, with a supermarket, cafés, takeaway options and everyday essentials.
Located approximately 25 minutes north of Cairns, Clifton Beach is an excellent base for exploring Far North Queensland. Palm Cove, Port Douglas, Kuranda, the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest are all within easy reach.

The accommodation was perfect for our three families to catch up over a long weekend. Beautiful large deck with BBQ overlooking the water, large lounge and indoor dining were all well utilised. Airconditioners in all rooms meant we could keep cool when the seabreeze wasn't blowing. We hired bikes from Palm Cove which meant we could visit cafes or swimming spots so easily with the bike path straight out the front. Pool was also the perfect addition. Definitely recommend.

Everything was amazing. We had no plans so just caught up with family and friends at the house it was so relaxing. We are talking about a return trip next year!

This house was in the perfect location. Easy access to groceries, beautiful walks and plenty of coffee shops. Amazing view to enjoy on the deck. A great place to stay.

Great location but several issues with the property:
1. The house had a strong musky smell.
2. The toilet in the main bathroom upstairs leaked water.
3. The air conditioning unit in one of the downstairs bedroom was not operating.
4. The BBQ did not work.
5. The washing machine did not operate and unable to wash clothes properly.
6. There was cob webs hanging from underneath the internal stairs.
7. The stove top elements had burnt marks.
8. The second sink in the upstairs main bathroom is not working. No hot and cold water.
9. The sewer became blocked.
