Have stayed at Peppers a few times now, so love the location and the facilities. The Pools and cocktails are excellent.
The only negative which was only because of the weather. Not enough towels when it’s raining, as the towels do not dry.

Great location for cairns IM and post race relaxation
Kitchen utensils need some updating and more items in the kitchen. Basic cooking items were supplied but could have been better quality. Ie salt looked like it had dampened and left for quite some time, mould in hot chocolate and some food on plates.

Location was good.
There is no lift in building. We stayed in the penthouse on top floor and had to walk up 3 floors anytime we wanted to go out anywhere. There is not very much to do in Palm Cove, so probably won't go back in a hurry. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was a split king and the middle were it splits was as hard as a rock.
