Elysium Private Accommodation at Beach Club & Spa

Exceptional property in a beautiful resort. Beautiful room and lovely cleaning staff

We turned up at the Elysium office on Veivers Rd at 1045 am on Sunday to collect the keys, well within the office hours advertised. The office was locked up, with no indication as to when someone would be back. Tried calling the number on the door. No answer. We had to leave with no keys and no idea how to access the apartment as we were using shared transport with some other travellers. Very annoying and inconvenient. Got a phone call about 5 minutes later from the apartment manager who asked us to come back and retrieve the keys, but with no explanation as to why she was not at her desk earlier

So good for kids. Having a kitchen to prepare meals is a game changer for family holidays. The pool is lovely and the gardens create a beautiful atmosphere.

It’s a little tired in places around the pool and the bathrooms/ kitchen.

Very quiet. Had everything in the unit that we needed.

Lack of deck chairs. People would claim their chair by putting a towel & water bottle on them very early in the morning and not come to sit on them until much later.

What we booked was disappointing, oh we had a pool view, but not what the booking. Com showed with the beach and pool and bar, false advertising
