Palm Cove Beach Club Penthouse

Great location, we were able to go for a 5km walk every day - although there was definitely enough track to go much further. The walking trail led through mangroves and ran alongside the beach - so there was always something to see and experience. We ate Breakfast at VIVO every day, the staff and meals were excellent, could not fault them. We also ate dinner there most nights too - service and quality of the meals was again - superior.

The accommodation was great, and our Hosts were very thoughtful and responsive when we had a couple of issues to manage. Given that we were there for work, a table on the balcony would have brilliant - the mobile reception was much better on the balcony, and it was a brilliant place to soak up the atmosphere, while working!

Our stay at Palm Cove Penthouse Beach Resort was quite simply one of the most memorable travel experiences we have ever had. The fantastic hosts, Marcus and Nicole, made our first week in Australia an absolute memory maker. From the very first correspondence, they were warm, welcoming, thoughtful and could never do enough for us. Their kindness and genuine care went far beyond what one would normally expect and made us feel less like guests and more like family. One of the loveliest surprises came when we arrived at the apartment to discover an incredible personalised welcome package waiting for us. From delicious snacks and drinks to little touches tailored specifically to everyone’s tastes, everything had been thoughtfully prepared. Suddenly the penny dropped as to why Marcus and Nicole had asked beforehand about the kinds of foods and treats we enjoyed — we had no idea it was all for such an unbelievably generous welcome. Truly above and beyond. And it did not stop there. There were also beautiful souvenir gifts waiting for us that we could actually take away and keep as memories of our stay. Honestly, who does that anymore? Nicole, as a hostess, is exceptional. The thought, effort and genuine care put into every detail were unlike anything we have experienced elsewhere. They also went out of their way to recommend the very best places to visit, eat and experience, which made our time in Palm Cove even more special. Their local knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional. The apartment itself was immaculate — genuinely one of the cleanest and best-equipped places we have ever stayed in. Every facility was superb, from the hot tub and BBQ area to the beautiful private terraces. The entire resort felt beyond five-star in terms of comfort, amenities and overall atmosphere. We have travelled extensively around the world, and we can honestly say the level of service, kindness and hospitality we experienced here was outstanding.

We were so happy with the accommodation which i booked for my friends. It exceeded their expectation which i was thrilled for. It was lovely to meet Nicole on arrival who, very generously, left us food and drinks that meant we could "holiday" as soon as we arrived. The house was spacious for our group and had beautiful bedding and plenty of towels. The balcony was sunny and couches fantastic to lounge on. An extra bonus was the rooftop terrace seating and spa which on evening, we enjoyed. Thank you

Absolutely everything, it was definitely worth the extra money. Nicole’s finish and attention to detail was second to none. The little extras in the bathroom, kitchen and fridge were fantastic. rooftop spa was great and lovely outdoor area.
