Spacious private single family house sitting right by the beautiful Wollaston beach. Stunning Ocean and Boston Skyline views from the master bedroom and living/dinning/kitchen area. Steps to beach, restaurants (e.g. the Clam Box), parks, and children’s play ground. Great place to walk, to jog, picnic or just lay down to get a suntan.
Open floor plan with newly renovated chief’s kitchen, new hardwood floor throughout the house and tasteful decorations. Easy access to Boston/places-of-interests: 9 mile to Downtown Boston via I-93; 1 mile to Wollaston Subway station with Red Line T to Boston, MIT and Harvard. Bus stop is one block away. Master bedroom: King bed + Private bathroom+suite with an extra twin bed; Bedroom 2: Queen bed; Private driveway parking of 4 cars. Local regulation that only allows four or less unrelated parties to stay overnight will be followed.

It was a nice spacious home and very clean. I just wish there was more than one television. The only issue I had was the bedroom door locked without me loving it and it took a few hours for me to get in contact with the host to help me get it back open. But other than that I enjoyed my stay and I would rent again if possible.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The renovated kitchen was nice and had everything we needed even though we didn't cook much except breakfast. All in all our stay was comfortable & in a wonderful location just outside the city & close enough to everything. Our goofy kids (who aren't used to older houses) joked the whole time about a ghost named Jessica that lives there. The only issue that we really had was temperature. The inability to control the thermostat was an issue as we are all fairly hot natured individuals...we definitely don't need the heater on 70. It definitely took a couple hours to get it adjusted one night, but someone in property management did adjust it. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms. Lacked basic amenities like toilet paper or dish washer soap. Very convenient location with beach and Boston skyline view.
