Our newly built 2,000 sq. ft. home is located at the end of a quiet road, offering tranquility and a scenic walking trail leading to Quincy Beach. With easy access to buses and the Boston subway, you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of nature and city life.

Two cozy living rooms provide the perfect space to relax after a day of adventure. Curl up on the comfy sofa, watch your favorite shows on the TV, and enjoy some quality downtime.

Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner.
* Dining Area
A cozy dining area designed for sharing meals and creating memories with loved ones.
* Bedrooms
All bedrooms are equipped with TVs for your convenience.

Bedroom 2: 2 Bunk beds (Full over Twin)
Bedroom 3, 4, 5: Each with 1 Queen bed

3 full bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, and shower gel to help you feel at home.

We live nearby and are available via phone or Vrbo messaging to assist with any questions during your stay.
1. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability.
- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee.
2. Extra Guest Fee: After 8 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest per night applies
3. Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night
4. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 21 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night
- Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.
5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.
6. Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

This location was perfect for our class trip with 12 students and 5 adults. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Kitchen has a gas oven but it worked fine. House was very clean and the 6 bedrooms allow for a lot flexibility for a large crowd. Will not hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommend.

Wonderful attention to detail and superior communication by owner. When I noticed her of the broken Keurig, she immediately dropped off a new one at the house. I’d stay again at the house in a heartbeat!

Great amount of space. There are 6 bedrooms, and it fits a ton of people. The kitchen is very poorly furnished, and there is no dishwasher. My guess is that they expect you to eat out for every meal.
