About this house rental

Professionally decorated elevated beach house with hardwood floors throughout the main floor and light beige berber carpet throughout the second floor. This home is equipped with four (4) smart flat screen TV's and YouTubeTV is provided. TONS OF CHANNELS! One block back from the ocean makes for an easy walk to the beach and to all the IOP amenities.... restaurants, shopping, ice cream stands, bike rentals and Windjammer Club. The private salt water pool is equipped with lounge chairs and tables, pool floats, fenced pool area, outdoor hot shower, ping pong table, gas grill and more. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and has its own sitting room with sofa and TV. Portable pack and play available. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. PLEASE DOWNLOAD OUR RENTAL CONTRACT/AGREEMENT BEFORE BOOKING.

Very nice, updated beach house. Really enjoyed the screen porch with a TV and pool. Nice bathrooms. Easy walk to a beautiful beach which was very close. Thanks

This house is perfectly located near the beach and near restaurants but still has a cozy neighborhood vibe. You are literally steps to the beach and a short golf cart ride to stores/restaurants. The screened in porch with TV was one of the best features in addition to the pool. The house is so comfortable and welcoming and it made for a wonderful vacation for our family of 4!

This house was excellent for my family on our recent trip to IOP. It is located very close to the beach, and a short trip to the shops and restaurants on both IOP and Sullivans Island.The house was clean and had plenty of room for 7 of us (my wife and I, our 3 kids, and my parents). It came equipped with beach/pool toys and chairs which was a nice bonus and made it possible for us to travel relatively lightly when coming from out of state. The screened-in back porch was amazing- we used it every night after dinner to watch tv and play games with the family. The fans kept it comfortable for everyone. Overall, this was a great vacation and a great house for our family- thanks!
