Great location

We greatly enjouyed our stay; the property was convenient, clean and for New York, quite spacious. Spacious was the key, as we we had seven people there for a family get together.

Good central location with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. Apartment in pristine condition and very comfortable.

This unit is updated with nice finishes and is in a good location. However, there were several missing amenities and maintenance issues that were disappointing given the premium nightly rate.The listing advertised a king bed, but there was no king bed in the unit. Instead, there were two queen beds in the secondary bedrooms and two full beds in the primary bedroom.The kitchen and bathroom amenities were surprisingly sparse. There were only four drinking glasses for the entire unit. Although a toaster was listed as an amenity, none was provided. There was also no coffee maker, coffee grinder, or blender. No dish towels were supplied in the kitchen—only paper towels—and there was just one hand towel in the half bath for our entire stay. The listing stated that shampoo and soap were provided, but only partially used bottles were available.There were also several maintenance concerns. The washer overflowed onto the floor while draining, and the dryer appeared to be in poor condition, with a large hole in the door and excessive noise during operation.Communication was another frustration. I texted the management team three separate times asking where trash should be disposed of and never received a response. In the end, I had to walk the neighborhood and locate a place to dispose of it myself.The unit was clean, updated, and well located, but the maintenance issues, missing amenities, and lack of responsiveness significantly detracted from the overall experience.
