Sandwich recent renovate, single house, close to beach

I rented the house because it was close to the canal bike trail, less than a mile away. It’s also located very close to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and other retail that you might need. While the kitchen was clean and well stocked with more accessories than I often find, it was missing some basics like a wine opener, and the Keurig coffee maker was missing the K cup holder. But it was well accessorized with plenty of dishes and glasses and also the bathroom had plenty of towels.Because it’s a relatively new rental and the owners are I believe not local, it does need a little more oversight. Everything appeared to be clean, except the floors and the windows inside the screens. Upon arrival, I had to sweep all the floors and vacuumed the rugs, but I found it difficult to get all the cobwebs and bugs out of the corners/edges and under furniture because it’s an upright vacuum. I exchanged a couple of messages with the owner to let them know that they needed to have their cleaning crew do a more thorough job of cleaning, including inside the window screens so that people can open the windows and enjoy the good weather without all the bugs and spiderwebs.It’s a nice little home in a quiet neighborhood and I’m sure that the owners will have the place thoroughly cleaned in the future.

The house feels much larger than it looks in the photos. There is a dining room and a kitchen table. We played cards and games at night without waking the baby. The kitchen is beautiful, all new with everything we needed. Washer and dryer in basement, billiards in a seperate rec room, fire pit and grill in the yard. Only 2 steps to get inside plus ample parking.
