The location of this property was great!
Things to note if renting:
The kitchen was fully stocked.
You do need to bring your own linens/towels.
Bring dishwasher soap/laundry detergent/paper towels / toilet paper and a cleaning spray.
Bring water shoes for beaches.
One bedroom has an air conditioner the other two can be cooled with ceiling fans and keeping all doors open to let air conditioning to go in the rooms.
Short walk to a rocky beach and a ten minute walk to boardwalk and sandy beach.
At the end of the boardwalk there is a sandy area that is great for toddlers to swim and build sand castles during low tide. The bigger ocean side beach is great for low tide! Sandy neck beach and scusset beach reservation are both short rides.

The property needs some work. Front storm has big gap so we were not able to leave open to create cross vent. Refrigerator was clean but front freezer door is moldy. An unbrella for the deck would be nice so the deck could be used more during the day.
