Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

We rented this 1 weeks before our stay and was pleasantly surprised with the updates! (We had stayed here almost 20 years ago!).
The kitchen was small as were the appliances however for us it worked out fine! The addition of the splits ac units was awesome! The only down side were the 2 double beds - they really should be queens to accommodate couples - the two twins in the loft were great!. All in all would recommend it! Hope to stay again!!

We had the best time at this property. The location was perfect…so close to the beach!
The property manager was so very helpful offering suggestions for restaurants and activities. We will definitely come back again!

The house is remodeled and well equipped. It is comfortable for a couple, except for beds which are smaller than Queen and are very hard. Area is quiet and close to a beach. It should be posted that this is a pebble beach and not the best for walking or playing in the water.
