- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay.
- Trash day is Tuesday and Friday – Please roll bins to the curb. $100 fine if trash is left overflowing.
- Clean up after using the outdoor areas including firepit, grill, and rooftop. $150 fine for excessive mess.
- Security cameras are located outside for safety. Tampering results in a $500 fine and removal from the property.
- Do not adjust the elevator. Unauthorized tampering may result in a $250 fine.
- Keep all doors and windows closed when the AC is running. Damage to the HVAC system due to negligence will result in the guest being charged for repairs.

If you get an opportunity to stay in this house do it! This house was stunning and equipped with everything imaginable. Our host Ryan was extremely quick to respond to any questions and was very pleasant and helpful. Our overall experience was outstanding in all areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Ryan is a wonderful host. The house had absolutely everything we could have needed. The views are stunning, the location is lovely, and the top deck is amazing! The elevator is a great plus for loading in and out or for older people who may not handle stairs well. On separate mornings, we saw dolphin pods and a Right Whale with her calf. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation house!

This was a great house to vacation in. The unique rooftop was a fun place to hangout and relax in the sun. The host Ryan was super friendly and responsive to our questions. The house was clean and well equipped and was able to accommodate our visits with our family that live in the area. The fire pit was a nice addition and we got to enjoy a cool night by the fire.

Very gracious, responsive host Property is exactly as pictured and more. Excellent view, nice area. Lovely fenced in area and plenty of room inside to spread out. The beds slept like a million bucks! Very clean and bright- as if we were the first to stay there. We will be back! Such a nice place to land after an almost 7 hour drive to get there.
