- Trash day is Tuesday and Friday – Please roll bins to the curb. $100 fine if trash is left overflowing.
- Clean up after using the outdoor areas including firepit, grill, and rooftop. $150 fine for excessive mess.
- Security cameras are located outside for safety. Tampering results in a $500 fine and removal from the property.
- Do not adjust the elevator. Unauthorized tampering may result in a $250 fine.
- Keep all doors and windows closed when the AC is running. Damage to the HVAC system due to negligence will result in the guest being charged for repairs.

The house is directly across the street from the entrance to the beach. Plenty of places to see the ocean right from the house from the inside and from balconies not to mention the roof. The roof has an awning that’ll allow you to be out there early in the shade. The house is comfortable and the elevator was a great thing with folks with bad knees and bad backs like us. The flat Screen in the living room is ginormous!The Master is super big and comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful and well taken care of. The laundry room was a great plus with big washer and dryer Front loads. we’d like to cook when we are away and that Kitchen did not disappoint. Powder room on the first floor so no climbing upstairs just to go to the bathroom! It was very hot when we were there so we didn’t use the fire pit but it’s ready to go for the cooler days. The house is on the corner so you get a breeze from every direction. Walking distance to Farrow Italian Restaurant which we went to twice and loved it. Two ice cream stores within walking this as well great stay!

We love this property! Excellent rooftop for hanging out ocean front. The home has everything you need! This is our 3rd or 4th time staying in this house & we will plan on returning, although it won’t be soon enough.

Our host, Ryan, provided us with constant communication. The house is conveniently located right across from the beach, making it a perfect spot for walking to all the restaurants and bars. And, the house itself was beautiful.There were a few general maintenance issues that needed addressing. I had made several attempts to communicate with the host, including sending pictures, but none of the issues were resolved within the two weeks we stayed. For instance, the grill was in such poor condition that we couldn’t use it. The upper deck string lights also didn’t work, which prevented us from enjoying the outdoor space in the evenings. Both of these issues were addressed to the host two days into our stay.These are just a few of the maintenance issues that impacted our stay.
