- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay.
- Trash day is Tuesday and Friday – Please roll bins to the curb. $100 fine if trash is left overflowing.
- Clean up after using the outdoor areas including firepit, grill, and rooftop. $150 fine for excessive mess.
- Security cameras are located outside for safety. Tampering results in a $500 fine and removal from the property.
- Do not adjust the elevator. Unauthorized tampering may result in a $250 fine.
- Keep all doors and windows closed when the AC is running. Damage to the HVAC system due to negligence will result in the guest being charged for repairs.

This is a beautiful property in an amazing location. The view is outstanding and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Everything was clean and well stocked. Ryan is a great host who responds quickly if you have any questions.

Everything was wonderful. House was very clean and tidy. Pet area vety accommodating. Look forward to booking again. Worst part of the trip was having to leave. Could have stayed for months.

The house was better than imagined. The views were spectacular and Ryan was awesome. My family enjoyed everything about it. We will definitely be back
