About this house rental
50 km south-east of Kuopio, L. Kallavesi/Hormalahti bay 30 m, shallow, hard sanded shore, opposite shore 350 m, rowing boat and motor boat.
Log cottage 1997, living room/ kitchen 2 extra beds, bedroom double bed, upstairs 5 extra beds, dressing room, washroom, sauna, open porch.
Sauna, shower room, toilet, hallway and kitchen furniture remodeled in 2019. In Downstairs living room Samsung 49 inch QLED TV and soundbar / subwoofer with audidigital sound.
Local fishing license included in cottage price (Putroniemi) but in addition the client has to purchase/pay the state's Fisheries management fee by him-/herself.
ABB Terra electric car charging station with fixed cable (look picture). Activation the charging point using the rfid card at the cottage. Payment to the owner according to the consumption 18 cents/kWh.

Gemütliches Häuschen am See. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verleben. Wir haben die Grill Cotta oft genutzt und es war für die Jahreszeit super in dieser zu sitzen und gleich vom Grill zu essen. Das Boot haben wir jeden zweiten Tag genutzt und sind damit die ganzen Seen abgefahren. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht damit und es ist super motorisiert.
