Sijainti ja alue oli rauhallinen ja plussaa oli huonekohtainen sauna. Hinta oli tosi kohtuullinen ainakin näin elokuun puolenvälin jälkeen.
Television sijoittelu oli hieman hankalassa paikassa/korkeudella, oli hieman vaikea kulkea sen ohi Ovissa säädön tarvetta =saunan ja pation ovet, tuuletusikkunoiden lukkojen säädöt jäykät. Makuuhuoneen petauspatjansuojat kaipaavat selvästi uusintaa.
