Sweeping Waterfront views from this Eighth Floor Condo with lots of room for the whole family! This condo is located in the well-known Beacon Manor featuring top-of-the-line-amenities and one of THE Best Pool and Patio Areas in Hot Springs. Located right on the main channel of Lake Hamilton with Sunset views you will never forget! Featuring Two-King Bedrooms, each with an Ensuite. The Bunk Room for the Kiddo's is a Fun Nook w/ a Full bed and a Twin Bed. Close to All Things Hot Springs!

Bunkroom has a full bed on the lower bunk and a twin on the top bunk but does not have a door.
There is no balcony or patio direct access. The windows do slide open.
Any use of the facilities, including lake access, is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The Coast Guard recommends all children wear a life jacket when playing in or near the water.
