The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, with beautiful view of the lake.The kitchen was well equipped and the box of toliteries in the bathrooms is a nice touch.The complex is quiet and well maintained. We didnt use the pool but enjoyed the tennis/pickleball court.The reason for 4 star was the bedding. They were not comfortable n sleep is important to us.

Great condo! We stayed during the middle of the week so it was nice and quiet. This is a lower floor so was great for those of us who don't do stairs. It was so convenient to walk straight in from the parking lot. the unit was meticously clean. We appreciated the addition of complimentary toiletries. The weather was a little chilly so we weren't able to sit on the balcony for morning coffee but the unit has wonderful glassed in front facing the lake so we had excellent views.

Although nothing to do with our unit, there was a family with young children that was on top of our unit, the kids ran from the time we entered the unit until like after midnight! Very annoying. Couldn't really catch anything on tv. Because everything was blocked. Batteries in remote was dead, so we had 1 that worked. remote.

The property was so very nice and loved that it is in a gated area. The property has everything you need, loved the location and enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the boats. We did rent a boat from Hot Springs Marina for 2 days and it was so nice having somewhere to dock it there where we were staying. I will say my legs are feeling the pain from the steep incline you have to walk up and down to get to the boat dock, but it was so very nice. I highly recommend!

My family and I loved this property! Condo was gorgeous, fully stocked, and with all the amenities we needed to make our stay incredibly comfortable. We loved waking up every morning to the beautiful lake view and the location couldn't be beat. Close to downtown, restaurants, shopping and the ballparks where my granddaughter was playing in a tournament. Anne and her husband were wonderful hosts, ensuring that we had everything needed to make our vacation the best! Highly recommend!!

This was for a girls group trip and we had the best time! The condo was so nice and we felt very safe. The view of the lake was beautiful! We were only less than 15 minutes to every place that we visited. Eureka Springs did not disappoint! Lots of fun shops and restaurants to eat at. We also had a fun craft party at Hammer and Stain, took the Trolley ride, and visited the Bath Houses. We would recommend them all! Such a great little town with a lot of neat history.

The property has great parking and no stairs, nice. The ac was on and the home felt great. Everything inside was nice, clean, with a view of other homes and the lake. The only thing we would recommend are new mattresses. My daughter and her friend sleep great, 22 years old. Myself, my wife and our friends didn't get much sleep, 50+crew. The mattresses are extremely soft and felt like sleeping in a hole. We would definitely stay again if we know the mattresses have been changed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The view was spectacular and we enjoyed watching the lake come to life in the mornings and then the beautiful sunsets in the evening! The group staying in the unit above us were horrible well past quiet time. Stomping, running, moving furniture and you couldn’t sit out on the balcony long due to them smoking ‘multiple’ things. Also, most of the Roku remote batteries were dead so we had to go buy batteries to put in them in order for them to work. Otherwise our stay was fine.

My daughter worked as a Camp Counselor at a local summer camp over the summer and only had a full 24 hours off every other week. I decided to go visit her & wanted to find a place on the lake that had all the comforts of home close to the cost of local hotels but with all the comforts of home. This place filled the bill, newly renovated, super clean, GORGEOUS lake view and close to all of the restaurants in town. We dined at two of the restaurants that the property owner Anne suggested and were blown away. I can’t recommend this place enough! Anne was wonderful and even let us check out a bit late since my daughter didn’t have to be back at camp until 1pm. My only problem was that I wish I had more time to stay!!!

This property was so absolutely perfect. So clean, master bedroom bed was so comfortable (it was the only bed we used), the kitchen had everything you could ever imagine needing. Can’t say enough nice things. I hope to stay many times over the summer.
