We are the New Owners and we're ready to share our newly decorated Lakefront Condo with you. Come enjoy the Lake and create memories as you and your family enjoy the endless adventures that Hot Springs Arkansas has to offer. This ideal vacation rental condo boasts a location with amenities including a pool, onsite boat ramp w/boat trailer parking and access to Seadoo /Boat dock. Our condo is fully furnished with all the amenities you expect and the location most appreciate.
After a day spent on the Lake or Shopping in the great downtown area of Hot Springs ---- return to this fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit to unwind and relax. This spacious open concept living area features views from all throughout the rooms w/doors and windows facing the water. Step onto the balcony to enjoy the outdoors whether you choose to grill or share a drink/beverage with family and friends.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, free WiFi and parking; waterfront balcony w/gas grill and seating for 4-6; ceiling fans; central heat/air; all towels and linens provided and more. Our ideal location is in a quiet spot just off the main channel and 5 -10 minute drive to all the attractions Hot Springs has to offer, such as Oaklawn Horse Racing, Magic Springs, Bath House Row, Alligator Farm, and so much more.

We loved this condo. Perfectly clean. Large kitchen with everything you could need. A beautiful coffee bar! So well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Oversized balcony with grill and seating. Would absolutely book this condo again.

We loved this condo! It was very comfortable and decorated so nice. We loved the patio overlooking the water, too. The hosts were kind and helpful. We would absolutely recommend staying here, and we would definitely book again!
