The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming 82 m² flat in Nancy, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 3rd and penultimate floor (no lift), it comprises an open-plan living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The property also has a garage (locked garage), but please note that it is exclusively reserved for a small vehicle!
