- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom (with shower and toilet)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideally situated in Nancy, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- Parc de la Pépinière: go for a walk, have a picnic, see the animals and relax in the open air

- Jean-Marie Pelt Botanical Garden: a nature walk, tropical greenhouses and the chance to discover plants
