Cocoonr Agency offers this charming 70 m² flat for rent in Nancy, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows
- A living room with TV and dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms, each with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and WC
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A terrace to enjoy the fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat (paying car park).
Alternatively, Nancy station is 10 minutes away by car (20 minutes on foot).

The apartment was great - comfortable, clean and well located. We loved overlooking the park and walking through it to the centre of Nancy, a beautiful city. A couple of points of maintenance: firstly, the dishwasher's soap dispenser cover was missing so we couldn't use the dishwasher and secondly, the curtains in both bedrooms need to be wider as they didn't completely cover the windows. These however are minor points and did not detract from our stay in this 'fin de siècle' apartment.
