Einrichtung und Mobilar gut..Wohnbereich mit Fussbodenheizung im Herbst angenehm.Kardinalfehler im Schlafzimmer,Wassereinbruch im Fensterbereich mit Schimmelbildung.Der Schaden muss schon länger vorhanden sein.Die Fensterscheiben waren ständig nass und auch von innen defekt.Wir mussten Behälter und Handtücher auf die Fensterbank aufstellen.Falls erwünscht Fotos sind vorhanden.

Der erste Eindruck: sehr schön und sauber. Die Sauberkeit war aber nicht wie der 1. Eindruck versprach: auf Socken gelaufen, waren diese schwarz; unter dem Waschtisch habe ich ein total verstaubtes, versifftes Mascara gefunden, die Ecken waren "rund" gewischt. Die Spülung des Urinals ist defekt, das Becken des Waschtisches im Bad hatte einen"Sternriß" (man konnte sehen, dass dieser Riß schon äter war. Die Ausstatung ist gut, die Möbel gemütlich. Ausnahme: im 2. Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett
