Loved the location and size of the house, definitely enough space for our group. But the house in general needs alot more love an attention to the basics as well as exterminator services all around. Overall great value for the house, but don't expect everything to be perfect or in working order throughout.

The space is impressive with a good vibe and the location is ideal within walking distance to Rosemary Square and various cafe. Plenty of indoor space and good bones with hardwood floors. The property is in need of some modernization. Several things were less than problematic. The master shower didn’t work properly, only very hot water. No proper shower curtain in other bath. The balcony doors did not work well. No propane for the grill which old and dirty. The out side is a mess and in disarray. The hot tub/not a pool was clean and in good working order The landscaping is overgrown, in need of a lot of work. There are Large boxes and large empty plant pots in the yard. The driveway and garage was cluttered. We were not able to enjoy the out door space. It’s was a good value given the location and 4 bedrooms. Great potential but needs improvement.
