BEDROOMS:
The Primary Bedroom spans the left side of the home, featuring a King bed, en-suite bathroom, HDTV, full-length mirror, and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms each include a Queen bed, closet, and shared bathroom located directly between them. Both bathrooms boast modern fixtures and LED mirror lighting for a luxurious touch. The fourth bedroom is perfect for fun– featuring two queen over queen bunks, an air-hockey table, lounge seating, and HD Smart TV.

Located within 15 minutes of downtown West Palm Beach and less than 20 minutes to Palm Beach (nearest beach access), you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds—private relaxation and easy access to top local attractions. You will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to your arrival! As SuperHosts, we take pride in providing excellent hospitality and responding quickly to questions or concerns. Please message us through VRBO for the quickest response.

The home features smart locks and exterior security cameras for your safety and peace of mind.
Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available for $65/day. If you'd like the pool pre-heated for your arrival, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.
Pets Allowed:
Pet fee is $75 per pet with a maximum of two pets. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and any and all damages caused from pets are the financial responsibility of the guest. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances as allergies to them are common.
Guest Limit:
A maximum of 14 overnight guests are permitted. Any gatherings exceeding 14 people must receive prior host approval. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level out of respect for our neighbors. West Palm Beach quiet hours are 10pm-10am and noise is to be minimal during this time.
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damages.
