Location. Great neighborhood. Very safe and close to everything. Casa Encanto is a very nice and warm place and we enjoyed our stay.
We would like the convenience of another full bathroom.

Location and cleanliness
It needs more sheets/blankets for the sofa beds. Each sofa beds needs a set of Linen.

The location was great to the beaches, downtown airport and other venues
It would’ve been nice if there were more wash rags and towels provided and maybe some cleaning materials left like a few laundry pods, glass cleaner, etc.
