Outdoor living is just as easy. Rinse off after beach days in the outdoor shower, store your chairs and gear in the dedicated beach locker in the basement, and unwind on the private oceanfront balcony with front-row views of the shoreline. Two off-street parking spaces, including one in a covered garage, make coming and going simple.

I’ve just come home from a 1-month stay at this property.I loved this condo! It was very well equipped in the kitchen, including a toaster oven, which was very handy for reheating leftovers. The beds & pillows were very comfortable & the linens soft & cool. The shower had very good pressure, & warmed up quickly. The bathroom itself is fine, but there is not a lot of storage, so definitely bring your hanging toiletry kit. Towels were ample & fluffy. There is plenty of seating in the living room area & dining table. The loft space with additional 3 beds is fantastic. I had a guest stay there for several nights and she loved it. The washer/dryer as well as the dishwasher all worked very well. Two things about this condo stood out, compared to others I’ve stayed in. The first is that the glass sliding door facing the ocean has a screen slider. This allows you to open up the glass slider & get the fresh air in, but not any bugs! The second benefit is that this condo comes with two parking spaces; one in the garage & one outside. This made it much easier to have guests over as parking in the area is very limited.It’s walking distance (0.4 mile) to The Brunswick & Sunset Bar & Grill, so if you enjoy live band music, it’s an easy walk. There’s also a locker in the garage with numerous beach chairs & other beach amenities. Most of all, communication with the host was excellent — very responsive. I enjoyed this place so much that I’ve booked it 2 more times next year!

The photos represent almost exactly what you'll get. The condo had a great balcony which we loved. When I had to contact the owner, I had an immediate response. It was clean. I'd stay here again!

Nice place and ON the beach!! Only complaint was the ceiling fans were coates in dust (air cond vent too). I cleaned fan in loft so we xould use.I would suggest a wall mirror in loft. Supply more towels...we had 4 and there were 4 of us. Maybe 2 extra...ladies like one for hair. Also, one of the dining room chairs has a rung broke. Do appreciate the contacy when we had questions and would stay again!!!

Decent location, nice ocean view. Property is dated and in need of a refresh. Carpeting has stains. Beds were good. Unit is on second level, so be ready for the stairs. Bathroom has been renovated and is nice.
