About this house rental
This property is located in a quiet area, but just a block and a half from the beach and local attractions. It is approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The house has 6 bedrooms, and two full baths, an outdoor shower and a large enclosed front porch.
The backyard has two picnic tables, a firepit and a small patio area with a grill. Great for relaxing after a fun day at the beach!
The kitchen is stocked with cups/plates/pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The living room has two joined rooms with a flat screen T.V. Wireless internet included.
Washer/dryer in house. Guests required to provide their own sheets and towels.
Driveway fits up to 4 cars. Off street parking is also available.
The basement has some beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for guests use.

Perfect location to the beach and not much traffic at all on the street. House had everything you would need to stay the week.

The house was spotless upon arrival. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood but yet walking distance to the main part of Old Orchard Beach. For older people and people needing to bring lots of stuff to the beach it was hard to walk to. We had to bring one car down to go to the beach and pay to park. It was nice to come back to a roomy house to clean up and chill out after a day in the sun and fun. The mattresses need to be upgraded, but everything else was great! See you on our next trip to Old Orchard!!

Our large extended family enjoyed our stay here in this nice roomy house in a quiet neighborhood. We barely saw any of the neighbors. The sleeping options worked out great. Nice big kitchen with plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Could use a couple of things, like a can opener which might be there but we couldn't find, and also longer handled tools for the grill, but we were able to manage with what was there. We enjoyed the good sized back yard, nice big gas grill and outdoor table with lots of seating. Loved that there were boogie boards available in the basement to take to the beach, as well as a beach cart and beach chairs if needed. Inside is nicely decorated with beach themed art on the walls, There are TVs in the bedrooms and a big screen TV in the living room. Also lots of AC's and ceiling fans to keep you cool on hot days. It's a short walk to the beach and pier and also has plenty of room for parking available as well. This house is definitely on our list of places our family would stay at again. We had a great time.
