Sonneneck 4 Vacation Home in Süssau
Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals Service Office (Am Strande 0, 23774 Heiligenhafen, at the corner of Am Yachthafen).
The house offers 70 m² of living space, divided into 2 bedrooms and a living room—plenty of room for up to 4 people. The living room, which opens onto a terrace and a fenced-in garden featuring a beach chair and a grill, is equipped with a flat-screen TV, as well as CD, DVD, and Blu-ray players, a radio, and a tiled stove—so you can spend even a rainy day in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The inviting, separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and more. The bathroom features a shower (80 cm x 80 cm), underfloor heating, and a window. The entire first floor is tiled and has underfloor heating.
On the first floor, the master bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), exterior blinds, a spacious closet, and access to the balcony with a partial ocean view. The children’s room has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a second TV, and blackout exterior blinds. All mattresses provide a comfortable box-spring feel in any position.
You can conveniently park your car in the parking space under the carport right outside the door. Two bicycles are available for free use in the lockable bike storage room.
