A first-class vacation home: Located in the Im Kirschgarten residential complex, this stylish 3-room vacation apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child and features a large south-facing terrace, a fenced-in garden, and a sauna.
Welcome—you’ll feel right at home in this comfortable apartment. Here, spacious rooms meet good taste. The light-filled living area welcomes you with a cozy sofa arrangement. Relax here in front of the TV with a DVD player, or on cooler days, listen to the crackling fire in the wood-burning stove. Directly behind the couch, you can step out onto the spacious, covered, south-facing terrace. Enjoy your time off in the cozy beach chair or take a seat in the sitting area. How about a good book? The modern kitchen, which is open to the living room, features nice amenities such as a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher. You can enjoy your meals in the stylish dining area. Two bedrooms are available for the night: One room is equipped with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and an additional TV. The other room features a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm). The spacious, naturally lit shower room with a sauna offers warmth and relaxation even on colder days.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. You can store your bicycles in the separate storage room (with a power outlet) in front of the building entrance. A washer-dryer is available in the bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. What more could you ask for—the ideal vacation rental for a larger family.
