Beautiful 3-room vacation apartment with a large balcony for up to 4 people in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kellenhusen.
This spacious 3-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building.
The large southwest-facing balcony is the highlight of the apartment. It is partially covered, so you can relax comfortably on warm summer days even if there's a sudden rain shower.
The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa area, a TV stand with a flat-screen TV, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a well-equipped kitchenette.
The vacation home is located across from the farm.
You can enjoy the view from the balcony from both the living area and the dining area.
The apartment has two bedrooms.
1. Double bed with nightstands, reading lamps, and a closet.
2. Two single beds and a closet.
The spacious, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The property is in a quiet location, and the beach is just a few minutes' walk away.
A parking space is located directly in front of the house (No. 10).
