Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a two-story, non-smoking attic apartment measuring approximately 65 square meters, located in a quiet area of the Baltic Sea resort town of Kellenhusen. Accommodating up to 5 people, this vacation rental can be the perfect getaway for your vacation. The stylish living room offers a place to relax on the couch and in the armchairs; the dining area is perfect for shared meals or game nights; and the fully equipped kitchen rounds out this chic living space. With a dishwasher, a freezer compartment in the refrigerator, and an oven, you can cook anything you can imagine. Thanks to its perfect south-west-facing location, the balcony is ideal for shared meals, relaxing evenings watching the sunset, or sunbathing—and invites you to linger. On the lower floor of the apartment are two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses, each 0.90 x 2.00 m), a closet, and a TV, while the other features a cozy queen-size bed (mattress 1.40 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet. The third bedroom is located in the upper loft area of the apartment and features two single beds (mattresses measuring 0.80 x 2.00 m each; bed height 0.33 m). For our youngest guests, there is a portable travel crib, though you’ll need to bring your own mattress. Cozy, charming, relaxing, and bathed in natural light, the entire apartment is tastefully and harmoniously furnished. The bathroom, with a window and shower, also offers a relaxing atmosphere. Practical considerations have also been taken into account in this apartment, as a washing machine is provided and a storage room for bicycles is available for use. For privacy or security, all windows in the apartment can be closed with roller shutters. The quiet location by no means means you can’t get to the beach quickly—on the contrary, the sandy beach is just a short 5-minute walk away. If you’d like to keep your luggage to a minimum, you can easily book a laundry package for your stay in Kellenhusen for a fee. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.
