The Strandquartier is a super-cozy 3-room apartment, furnished with great attention to detail and a cheerful atmosphere.
Perfect for families and friends looking for a relaxing and hassle-free vacation. Thanks to the included beach chair by the sea, your vacation starts right away! (No. CS138, central location, near the DLRG building—weather permitting, from Easter through the end of October)
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and spans a generous 86 square meters: two bedrooms, a huge bathroom with a walk-in wellness shower and sauna, a guest restroom, an utility room with a washer-dryer and microwave, and a spacious storage closet. The open-concept kitchen-living-dining area is the perfect place to put your feet up or cook up something delicious. Of course, there’s also a covered southeast-facing balcony where you can unwind over a leisurely breakfast.
Both bedrooms feature a smart TV, a wardrobe, and super-comfortable box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm). The couch in the living room can also be quickly and easily converted into an additional bed (182 x 125 cm).
A parking space directly in front of the house is, of course, included. The apartment is a non-smoking property.

We’ve been staying in this apartment every year since 2023 and feel right at home every time. Since our first visit, when everything was still brand-new, the apartment hasn’t lost any of its comfort, cleanliness, or coziness. Everything is still in tip-top shape. What I like best is the beach chair that comes with the apartment; this time, there were even two sand shovels hidden in the seat, which was great because we’d forgotten ours at home. We always love coming back. See you next year.

We’ve booked through Quartierfreund several times now, and it’s been great every single time. This booking was no exception—from the booking process right through to the apartment itself. Nothing was missing. The apartment is very beautiful and lovingly decorated; it was very clean and wonderful. As dog owners, we naturally bring everything we need for our four-legged friend, but I was very pleased to see that even a food bowl and a dog bed were provided. I’ve never experienced that before. The kitchen was fully equipped—which is especially great when you’re traveling in the off-season and all the restaurants are closed
