The ground-floor vacation apartment at KELLENHUSEN TOR 17 is furnished to a high standard and is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kellenhusen.
Your parking space is already reserved for you. From here, you can easily reach both the shopping areas and the pier on foot.
The spacious living/dining area, featuring a sleeper sofa, forms the heart of this stylish vacation rental—along with the open-concept, fully equipped kitchen, electric fireplace, smart TV, and direct access to the terrace. The apartment is perfectly designed to accommodate 6 people plus a toddler. Your four-legged friend is also welcome.
There’s even a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron, as well as a high chair and a travel crib.
The two bedrooms are equipped with wonderful box-spring beds (180x200 / 160x200), ample closet space for your vacation wardrobe, a smart TV, and blackout pleated blinds.
In addition to a guest restroom, there’s also a large bathroom with a shower and a private sauna.

A very nice and clean apartment. We find it unacceptable that a fee of 15 euros must be paid to set up the second bed and that the tenant is required to make the beds!
QUARTIERFREUND’s response: There is the option to book additional services, such as bed linens and towels, for a fee. Use of these services is voluntary and can be decided on an individual basis by each guest.

A very nice, centrally located vacation rental that had everything we needed. A complaint about construction noise across the street—which we weren’t informed about at the time of booking—was handled without any issues and resolved with an appropriate credit. We’d love to come back.

We experienced the typical Quartierfreund quality. The beds are very wide; if you bring your own bedding, be sure to pack extra-large sheets. Also, don’t forget towels, shower mats, hand towels for the two bathrooms, and a dish towel. The apartment is on the first floor; everything is quite quiet, including the play street in front of the house. This was our fourth time staying at a Quartierfreund property, and we’ll be back!

This was our second stay in this vacation rental—the first was in September 2024—and we’re thrilled once again. Even our little dog felt right at home. The apartment is very centrally located, perfectly equipped, and just a 10-minute walk from the beach promenade. Parking is very convenient. We’ll definitely be back.
