Pacific Monarch is in a very walkable area of Waikiki, with Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short stroll away. This was a mother/daughter vacation to celebrate my daughter’s 29th birthday. She picked this property and it was absolutely perfect. So close to the beach and the view was beautiful. It offered all we needed to have coffee in the mornings and cook meals saving us money from eating out all the time. Would definitely stay here in the future.

It was my first time in Hawaii and I don’t think I could have ended up at a better spot. I was taking a course which was only a 2 minute walk. Every morning they have fresh lemon water for you to fill your water bottle, the room was very cute with an amazing view. AC works well, only downside is side is it blows right on you all night. Kitchen had a plug in hot plate so I was able to make myself eggs each morning and a Keurig for coffee. Rooftop has a beautiful pool and hot tub as well they have a very cool lounge area with pool table. Price was well beyond reasonable for every thing you get. Bed and pillows were so comfy, although a duvet would be much nicer for a blanket. Only complaint which is likely not on them is the wifi was very choppy and cut out a lot as well as taking the elevators some days was painfully slow, however I did notice on my last few days a pos tin the elevator saying they’re upgrading them. This location really can’t be beat! Very pleased, I spent 2 weeks here and loved every single night. I was a solo female traveller and always felt safe here. Nothing could beat having breakfast with that view, opening the doors and enjoying the fresh Hawaii air!

We stayed here for five days and were notified less than 24 hours before our arrival about construction noise from 8 AM to 4 PM on weekdays. The communication from both the owner and property management was poor; they claimed they had sent prior notice, but I never received it. Additionally, we got a last-minute email about a water shut-off from 12 PM to 3 PM the same day. This lack of timely communication forced us to adjust our plans during our vacation, and we received no compensation or acknowledgment of our inconvenience. As a result, we won't be returning, over priced . They seem indifferent to their guests' experiences.
