The Pacific Monarch building is centrally located in Waikiki, with a great variety of entertainment and dining options nearly at its doorsteps. Just a few blocks away from the building is a large concentration of shopping centers, such as Pualeilani Atrium and the International Marketplace. Lastly, this building has easy access to public transportation such as the many nearby bus stops & Biki rental bike stands.
The quality of workmanship in this newly renovated unit is close to perfection. Just some of the upgrades include: custom travertine floors, floor-to-ceiling travertine tiled bathroom, custom quartz countertops, and full quartz backsplash in the kitchen. As well as custom-built interior mahogany doors with frosted glass, and new exterior windows and sliding doors (including tinted bedroom glass).
Finally, this one-bedroom unit has a full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, and both a King size bed and a pull-out Queen Sofa for optimum rest after a long day of exploration.

BUILDING SPALLING NOTICE

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have visited Hawaii several times and have stayed at a variety of hotels and condominiums around Waikiki. This time, I chose a vacation rental at Pacific Monarch, and overall it was a very comfortable and satisfying stay.The location is definitely one of its strongest points. Waikiki Beach is within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of ABC Stores, restaurants, and shops nearby. Being able to step out and quickly get whatever you need makes getting around Waikiki stress-free and convenient.We stayed in a high-floor unit, and the view was beautiful. During the day, you can enjoy the open city scenery, and in the evening, the atmosphere becomes calm and very “Waikiki-like.” Because of the view, we found ourselves spending more time relaxing in the room than we initially expected.The room itself was clean and well maintained, with a pleasant overall atmosphere. One thing that stood out was the stylish lighting. In the evening, it created a warm and relaxing mood, giving the space a slightly hotel-like feel while still being a condominium. It wasn’t flashy, but it felt thoughtfully designed and comfortable.Having a kitchen was also very convenient. Being able to prepare a simple breakfast or keep drinks and fruit chilled made the stay more flexible and relaxed, especially compared to eating out for every meal.The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were nice for unwinding between outings. They weren’t overly luxurious, but they were rarely crowded and easy to use, which made them enjoyable in a quiet, low-key way.The building itself is not brand new, so those looking for the latest luxury hotel facilities or full service may find it a bit simple. However, considering the location, room comfort, and freedom that comes with a condo stay, the overall value is very good.All in all, Pacific Monarch is an easy and comfortable choice for enjoying Waikiki without overthinking thing
