This home is a remodeled 1bd/1ba with a full kitchen, full bath, private bedroom and private lanai in the Pacific Monarch building. This unit is located on the 10th floor. Elevators are available.

We chose this place to be able to go our nephews graduation party and to visit my family while there. It met our needs perfectly.

Overall the condo was good. Location was centrally located to a lot of activities including hiking, food, entertainment, etc. 3 coffee pots is silly, but a toaster and blender would have been nice. More towels would be nice. Was happy they had a broom and dust pan available. I wouldn't be against staying here again, good quality for the price. they had a broom and dust

Overall a great stay! Location is fantastic, close to the beach, shopping and many restaurants.
Hotel was great! Nice roof top pool and hottub, sauna and BBQ area. Well maintained and clean. Tons of space.
Apartment was good. Nice view. Set up with everything you need. A little dated in decor and could use some of the kitchen utensils refreshed. Would also appreciate curtains in the bedroom.
There is construction happening near by so you wake up to construction sounds of the city.
Overall we would stay again.

The condo was not very clean. It only had 1 set of sheets and towels, and just the basic kitchen utensils. The biggest complaint would be the window blinds. The wouldn't open/close and the were missing slats. Also, there was no air conditioning in the bedroom. Overall not a great place to stay.
