Please be advised that an Elevator Modernization Project will begin in Sometime July 2025. This year-long project will involve upgrading the elevator cabs one at a time to improve long-term reliability and performance. There will be a delay when using the elevator during this time. To minimize delays, please try to avoid peak usage times, such as: 3:00PM and 12:00PM.

Great location, very close to the beach and a ton of shops and restaurants. Useful to have parking in the building as we explored a lot of spots on Oahu

Great studio style unit on upper floor of condo provided and amazing view with the basics for a comfortable stay. Hotel just remodeled lobby and rooftop end of March 2025. If you park in the garage just follow the instructions and post receipt proper and didn't have any trouble with a 5 day stay. They do tow each night so follow the rules. The room was very clean 4 stars is due to the property itself.

Pro: good location, 2 blocks from the beach, living room is open and bright Con: noise from the AC, street and traffic noise 24/7, No dishwasher, washer/ dryers are old and are shared with the entire building. Kitchen cutlery and utensils and pillows are in bad condition. Stains on the shower wall n bath; dirty floor when we checked in. Stayed for 2 weeks and got provided 3 rolls of one ply toilet paper ( worse quality than the that of a public bathroom) , coffee machine without coffee. Be prepared to bring or buy your own shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, tissues, garbage bags and kitchen towels if you stay more than 3 days. Overall, if you pay less than $200 per night n you are not noise sensitive n don’t care too much of other finer details, then it is acceptable. If you pay double the rate than we did compared to other hotels and buildings, then you should have better choices. We found out that the rate, offered by the hotel directly for a similar unit around the same time with daily housekeeping and supplies, was cheaper than this private unit. So please check with Pacific Monarch to compare before making any booking with this private unit.
