The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The unit was great for our party of four adults. It’s small, but there are thoughtful space and decor details. The unit is well appointed with supplies, dishes, beach chairs and beach towels. The beds were comfortable to us. We timed the walk to the beach at 5 minutes. There was a maintenance issue with the hot tub, but agents with the management company were very responsive and the issue was resolved. We enjoyed the outdoor space, pool and hot tub. There is an outdoor shower. The family that was staying in the other unit (shared pool) was very nice. This property is on a high traffic road, but drivers were always gracious to stop for us at the designated crosswalk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
