Cancel within 60 days → No refund
Cancellations must be in writing by the 60-day deadline
Payments become non-refundable once received
Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000:
Full payment due 90 days prior; non-refundable once paid.
Third party travel insurance cost is due at time of purchase
Travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable.
Changes to dates or property must be made outside the 60-day cancellation window.
No changes permitted once your stay has begun.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
Guests under 25 must be accompanied by someone 25 or older for the duration of the stay.
📝 While most of our properties rent only from Saturday to Saturday, exceptions can be made. Please reach out to us prior to booking if you would like to arrive or depart on alternate dates, or stay for fewer than 7 nights. We would love to host you!

We had a fantastic stay in AMI! The home was spotless, spacious and perfectly located—close to the beach, shops and restaurants yet peaceful and private. It was the perfect setup for our family of five, with plenty of room to spread out and great amenities like beach gear, strong Wi-Fi and a pool our kids absolutely loved.What truly set the visit apart was the communication. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish which made everything smooth and stress-free. We’re already looking forward to booking again!

This property was very clean and had everything we needed including cookware and beach supplies. We had two adults and 3 young adults 18-20. Everyone was very happy with our accommodations and the location which was close to the store, trolley stops and public beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. It is 2 blocks from a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store. Also 2 blocks from Manitee Beach. Location is great. The pool area and game room was perfect for family. The only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is the pool heater was broken. I requested it to be fixed and it was never fixed. Unfortunately the weather was not warm enough to swim without a heated pool. We were disappointed but everything else was perfect.

This property is spacious and in a great location! We stayed here with our infant son and both sets of grandparents. Everyone felt like they had their own space. The pool was clean, our little one loved splashing in the shallow area! My one complaint is that there were no beach towels at this place. Having to fly to get there we had no room to bring any of our own.
