About this cottage rental
Welcome to our newly updated ground level 2 beds/2bath unit A of the triplex located on the southern end of Holmes Beach, just a few steps from the beach(2-3 min walk).
There are no busy streets to cross and even footpath to the beach leading from the back of the property. We had minimal hurricane damage- just change flooring and updated furniture.
Large shared pool is located in the backyard as well as a separate patio and grill for each unit.
You have the option to heat the pool. Your room charge covers the the pool temperature up to 75F. It’s additional $150 for week stay or less to heat the pool above 75F.
Please let us know if you wish to heat the pool so we have it ready for your upcoming stay. Fire pit for colder nights is a great addition to all amenities.
Washer and dryer in each unit for your use. The property includes free wireless internet. Each unit has been updated and is comfortably furnished. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and beach trolley as well. Kitchen is fully equipped.It's quiet, yet close to shopping, restaurants and trolley stops.

We had a phenomenal family time at this TRPILEX Unit with an unbelievable location. Found the house to be super clean and the bath rooms are great. The private pool and area behind house provide a cozy spot if you want to be away from everything for a few hrs. You have sunrise and sunset within 300 yards of the house !

We loved every minute of our stay! Michaela was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The condo and location were perfect - clean, comfortable, nicely decorated with everything our family needed for the week. I have been back home only four days and have recommended her place to two clients already and we are already discussing booking for the same time again next year!

What a wonderful 2 week stay! Beautiful rental that includes a pool & such a short walk to the beach. Everything you need is included: well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and items to use at the beach!Very clean as well.Highly recommend!
