San Carlo 3 km from the centre of Massa, 12 km from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, 45 km from the centre of Lucca, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 4.5 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the beach. Private: property, garden flowers and trees, swimming pool (5 x 8 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 28.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: laundry (extra). Parking space n 1 on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km. It was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Residence is shared with owner, where the vacation home part is located on the upper floor. Location is ok to reach by car. Not much in the vicinity of the residence, and not very safe to walk around in the area as road is more or less 1,5 lane with lots of turns. Good location to do daily trips

Das Ferienhaus und die Lage waren einmalig schön. Sensationelle Aussicht und viel Platz. Einzig Zufahrt etwas schwierig. Parkplätze limitiert. Gesamt Eindruck sehr gut.

Wir haben eine schöne entspannte Woche verbracht. Vor allem die Terrasse, die von einem Kiwi Baum beschattet wird, lädt zum entspannen ein. Und die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch. Die Gastgeberin gibt gute Tipps zb zum Pizza essen und einen kleinen Wanderweg zum Bäcker.

Der Pool ist nicht zur alleinige Nutzung. Die Familienmitglieder der Besitzerin nutzen ihn auch. Der Pool wurde in den 7 Tagen nie sauber gemacht. Wir haben mehrmals täglich den Pool mit dem Netz an der Oberfläche gereinigt. Der Dreck am Boden hätte nur ein Sauger wegbekommen. Er wurde erst ein Tag vor unserer Abreise eingesetzt. Wir hatten uns auf einen Urlaub mit Pool gefreut.. Das war wohl nix!
